Dreamworld has Rehearsal Rooms!
You can practice as loud as you want and nobody will complain. Our rooms have 24 hour access, 7 days a week. We have computerized doorknobs, security cameras, and steel doors with deadbolts! Our rooms are insulted to help deaden sound. We have heat and A/C!
We have 3 room sizes:
10' x 10' for only $200 a month
10' x 15' for only $300 a month
10' x 20' for only $400 a month
Each size requires a $100 non-refundable deposit and the first month's rent. We will pro-rate the month depending on when you move in. There is no long-term commitment. You rent the room on a month-to-month basis. Dreamworld is proud to be a smoke free environment. Smokers can still smoke outside the building.
We also rent out rooms in 4 hour blocks for $80. (No deposit is required.)
